All items are shipped via Royal mail and all prices shown include shipping prices to u.k only. Any shipping outside u.k will be charged at rate shown.

We want your purchase to be a happy experience, but sometimes there are unforeseen problems which will need addressing.

Warranties

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased please contact us within 10 days of receipt at astralbracelets@aol.com . If the item is faulty,  then an exchange or refund will be offered.

Late or lost in transit

All items will be shipped within 48 hours during the working week and should arrive within 7 working days in the u.k. Should an item not arrive within 7 working days of  purchase then please contact us at astralbracelets@aol.com
